Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-11-06
These terms govern your use of SnapLoyaltyKit, operated by Lumena Productions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
SnapLoyaltyKit lets businesses design and run digital loyalty cards (stamps or points) delivered to customers through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with a card designer, scanning, messaging, CSV export and API access.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. You must give accurate information, keep access to that email address secure, and are responsible for everything done under your account and by the staff you invite. You must be authorized to bind the business you register.
3. Free trial, plans and billing
New businesses get a 15-day free trial, no card needed. You can build card designs as drafts at any time; going live needs an active trial or subscription. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe, at the prices shown on the Pricing page and the Billing page.
Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Cancellation. You can cancel from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
No refunds. Subscriptions are not refundable.
When a trial or subscription ends. Your programs go back to inactive and passes stop updating. We keep your data for 90 days so you can subscribe and pick up where you left off; after that it is deleted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law; to send spam or messages recipients have not agreed to receive; to collect data from customers without their consent; to infringe anyone's rights; to upload harmful or unlawful content; to probe, overload or interfere with the service; or to resell it without our written permission. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
5. Customer data and privacy
Your customers' data belongs to your business. You are responsible for having their consent to store it and to send them card updates and messages, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. We store that data on your behalf and use it only to run your programs. See our Privacy page.
6. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Passes are delivered through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, which are services of Apple and Google. Their availability, features and terms are outside our control, and you and your customers must follow Apple's and Google's terms for those services.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and wallet or third-party outages can delay pass updates and messages.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Lumena Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
