Billing FAQ
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Your 15-day trial starts when you create your business. You can build card designs as drafts at any time; going live needs an active trial or subscription.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your programs go back to inactive and passes stop updating. We keep your data for 90 days so you can subscribe and pick up where you left off.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You can cancel at the end of the current period from the Billing page.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are not refundable. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Which payment methods?
Cards, through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are available on the Billing page.
